Globetrotting with the Keybunch – Deepika’s home in Connecticut

I hope you remember Deepika’s wall hanging tutorial we featured some time back. This week, we’ll have a peek into her lovely home and see her creativity splashed all over the home. Deepika lives in Connecticut with her hubby and kids.

Deepika has enjoyed art and craft since her childhood days and her passion for all things beautiful shows through her simple and easy crafts on her blog. She loves to learn new things and sharing her ideas with people all around the world. Come, let’s walk through the favorite corners of her home with this house tour.

Bright and cheerful room with a floor bed set-up, this is where Deepika does her art work.

The mandir is a gift from her mom and the painting on the wall is Aipan, a traditional art in Kumaon, Uttarkhand. Deepika learned the art from her grandmom. Traditionally, this art is made on the door steps and puja room, since her room is carpeted, she put it up on the wall.
