Happy Republic Day my fellow country people! We have come a long way since 1950, but we still have tons to do, and lots to learn!
In honor of our Republic Day, I just wanted to share a beautiful Coconut Ice cream recipe by amazing Indian Tarla Dalal.
Doesn't it look beautiful? I have tried and tested this recipe, and I love it because when
garnished this way, it has all the colors of our wonderful country.
