Did
you know Jabong is actually an exotic fruit? I'll admit, I didn't, until I
ordered something from the shopping site Jabong.com, and I recd. a
pretty card with this info on it! I bought from Jabong after I
received a gift voucher from the company, amd they asked me to share my
shopping experience with all you peeps! So here goes...
What I bought While browsing through the site, I was fascinated by their range of lanterns.
One particular ethnic pink one really caught my eye, so I decided to
buy it. Also, buying fragile things from a shopping site is a great way
to review them. Since I was in desperate need of a tall vase, I bought a white ceramic vase with an earthen tone.
My experience at Jabong was pretty good. I shopped anonymously, as I always do, separate to the coupon that I receive, and a shipping issue was satisfactorily resolved by the team. In addition, there were lots of follow-up calls and emails to ensure that my relationship with the company did not deteriorate over the time it took to resolve the issue. I appreciated that!
The site is quite well laid out, and shopping is easy. I usually get vision fatigue when a category has too many products thrown in, and products keep loading, or the list of pages in endless. Somehow, despite the vast array of products that Jabong stocks, it didn't seem too difficult to navigate, browse and shortlist products. I also like the fact that offers are announced up front on the site!
The packing, shipping and delivery was quite good, because the products reached me in excellent condition. They were delivered within the time frame communicated to me, and I was happy with the product quality. I was also quite pleased with the way these products blended into the different corners of my home! I am especially pleased with my lantern, as it even fits into my Christmas decor. More about that in a later post!
